JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner was issued notice to engage another counsel pursuant to Court's order dated 9.10.2009. Office report dated 7.4.2012 shows that notice sent by registered post fixing 9.4.12 has neither been received back nor acknowledgement is received. Service is deemed sufficient.
Called in revised. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, I have perused the record.
This writ petition relates to the sugarcane purchase policy of 1992-93.
Apparently, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
It is accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
