Sri Rakesh Ranjan Agrawal, learned senior advocate assisted by Sri Suyash Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner states that a supplementary affidavit has been filed by e-mode on 29.08.2021, in which it has been stated that the petitioner has availed the alternative remedy of appeal under the Act and, therefore, both the above noted writ petitions have become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, both the writ petitions are dismissed on the ground that the petitioner has availed statutory remedy of appeal.
