Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner has come up in the writ petition seeking direction to the respondent no.2 Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj to decide the mutation case No.01780/2019 (Computerize case no.T201905470101780) (Dayawanti Devi Vs. Smt. Subhawati Devi) under Section 34 of UP Land Revenue Code, within a time bound period, which is still pending since 2016.
Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the parties, without adverting into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.2 Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj to decide the mutation case No.01780/2019 (Computerize case no.T201905470101780) (Dayawanti Devi Vs. Smt. Subhawati Devi), within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
