The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No. T20131436053063 (Dayaram Versus Ramashray) pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kerakat, under section 41 L.R. Act (old) may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No. T20131436053063 (Dayaram Versus Ramashray) pending befere the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kerakat, be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
