Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)- Jaunpur to consider and decide 6-C application filed in Original Suit No. 626 of 2014 (Ragho Ram & Others v. Smt. Anita Sharma and Others) expeditiously and within a stipulated period.
The Court finds no ground to issue peremptory directions for out of turn disposal of the temporary injunction application bearing in mind the nature of issues which stand reflected from a perusal of the plaint and additionally since it is not established that the roster of the concerned court would warrant such a direction being framed.
The writ petition is consequently dismissed.
