2. The order impugned is merely a notice requiring petitioners’ view on the request made by third party on the Right to Information Act, 2005. Petitioners have already given a detailed reply, dated 12.12.2014. However, the present writ petition is filed contending that the Right to Information Act is not applicable to the petitioners’ society.
3. I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition as the Divisional Marketing Officer under the impugned notice had merely asked for views of the petitioners for furnishing information and since the petitioners have already filed a detailed reply, dated 12.12.2014, the Divisional Marketing Officer, respondent No.5, would naturally consider the same and take appropriate decision in the matter in accordance with law.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
