Heard Sri Ravi Pratap Singh Yadav along with Sri Brajesh Kumar Singh for the petitioner and Standing Counsel for State.
The writ petition has been filed for issue of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 19.1.2018.
A perusal of the representation of the petitioner, shows that the petitioner was granted fire arm licence on which he has purchased a D.B.L. Gun. The D.B.L. Gun of the petitioner was stolen for which FIR has also been lodged in which final report has been submitted.
Now the petitioner wants to purchase new Gun on the same licence.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to District Magistrate to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 19.1.2018 within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order.
