JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Counsel for the revisionist states that this Criminal revision may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an application U/s 482 Cr.P.C.
The prayer is allowed.
The criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
The certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to the learned counsel for the revisionist subject to the condition that he supplies a photostat copy of the same within 24 hours.
