1. Heard Sri Abdul Saleem Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Ashwani Prakash Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Daya Shankar Yadav and Taiyyab, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.22 of 2021, under Sections -419, 420, 406, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station -Baluwa, District - Chandauli, during pendency of trial.
3. Keeping in mind the factual nature of the allegations made and the early stage of the investigation, the interference prayed is declined.
4. Accordingly, the present application is rejected. However, in the event of regular bail application being filed at the appropriate stage, it is expected that the same may be decided as expeditiously as possible, without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order.
