By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court for restraining the government authorities as well as respondent no. 4 from interfering in possession over his agricultural land.
It is to be noted that in case any person interferes with the right of the petitioner, the petitioner has remedy of filing a suit before the appropriate forum and get the encroacher ejected. In writ proceeding, no such direction can be given.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
