Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.
By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicants have challenged the order / show cause notice under Section 111 Cr.P.C. dated 19.5.2018 passed by Up-Zila Magistrate Sarila, District Hamirpur in Case No. 516 of 2018, under Section 107/116 Cr.P.C., Police Station Jariya, District Hamirpur, whereby only an explanation has been called from the applicants, whey they should not be ordered to execute the bond with sureties for keeping the peace from one year.
I have perused the material brought on record. There is no abuse of process of Court hence, the relief as claimed by the applicants cannot be granted.
