It is the case of the petitioner that on the basis a patta granted in favour of the petitioner in 1945 before ordered to be mutated over the land, subject matter of the lease in mutation proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act vide an order passed in 1998.
The grievance of the petitioner is that this order passed in 1998 has not been implemented in the revenue records, till date.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted a week's time to file a supplementary affidavit.
