JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. The applicant, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this court with the prayer that his bail application in Case No.428 of 2005, State of U.P. Vs. Daya Shankar Maurya and others arising out of Crime No.431 of 2004, under Sections 409, 504, 506 IPC P.S. Kotwali City, District Mirzapur, pending in the court of C.J.M. Mirzapur ordered to be considered expeditiously without unnecessary delay by the courts below.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA this application is disposed off with a direction that if the applicant surrenders within two weeks from today his bail application shall be decided as expeditiously as possible without unnecessary delay and if possible on the same day after giving opportunity to the prosecution in the aforesaid crime number for the aforesaid offences.
With the aforesaid direction this application is finally disposed off. Order Date :- 28.6.2010 RK
