The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No.T- 2017143658041219 of 2017 (Dayaram Vs. Gram Sabha & Ors.) under section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Jaunpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T-2017143658041219 of 2017 (Dayaram Vs. Gram Sabha & Ors.) be decided within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
