This Court by order dated 10.10.2014 had required the counsel for the Corporation to file supplementary affidavit bringing on record second enquiry report pursuant to which impugned order was passed.

Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that he may be allowed some further time to file the aforesaid supplementary affidavit. Accordingly, two weeks' further time is allowed for filing supplementary affidavit.
