Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following amongst other relief:-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Board of Revenue U.P. at Allahabad to decide the Second Appeal No. 394 of 2018 (Computer Case No. AL2018125600394 (Balak Ram and another Vs. Dayara Ram), U/s 331 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act expeditiously within stipulated period fixed by this Court."
The appeal has been filed on 28.08.2018 and not even four months have elapsed thereafter, the person who has filed the second appeal has not been impleaded in the writ petition. On account of both the above noted conditions, no mandamus is liable to be issued.
The writ petition is therefore, dismissed at this stage.
