The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial Judge to decide application for temporary injunction Paper No.6 Ga within a specified time.
The petitioner has instituted Original Suit No.49 of 2017 and wherein an application for temporary injunction was also filed on the date suit was instituted. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the defendants have duly been served as recorded in order dated 16.1.2018, but even then, the application for temporary injunction has not been decided so far.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
