Against the impugned order revision application under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure is not maintainable as all impugned orders are interlocutory. In view of the above and considering the subsequent development, Shri Mehta, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application. Permission is accordingly granted. Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
