In the midst of the hearing of this matter, learned advocate Mr. Majmudar stated that since the matter is abruptly placed on the board, he could not go through the record and proceedings of the case. He, therefore, requests for time. Learned advocate Mr. Darji, who is appearing for the accused, stated that since the matter is heard at length, the request of Mr. Majmudar may not be accepted.

However, since Mr. Majmudar requests for time to go through the record and proceedings of the case, it will be in the interest of justice to adjourn the matter.

Hence, adjourned.
