This criminal miscellaneous case has been filed seeking quashment of Annexure-A charge sheet in crime No.158 of 2006 of Vadakkekara Police Station. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner/first accused submitted that C.C.No.713 of 2006 on the files of the Court of Judicial Magistrate, North Paravur arising from the aforesaid crime entered in the acquittal of the petitioner and in such circumstances, this matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
