On 9.8.2011, this Court has passed following order :
"Office is directed to call for progress report of Criminal Case No.1021 of 1998 from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Siddhpur, so as to reach this Court on or before 23.8.2011. S.O. to 24.8.2011."
In view of the above order, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Siddhpur has furnished report dated 17.8.2011, in which at page 3 of the report, learned Judge sought time of maximum three months to decide the case. Looking to the date of report which is 17.8.2011, it appears that three months period is already over.
In view of the above, office is directed to call for fresh report from the concerned Magistrate with explanation in connection of the Criminal Case No. 1021 of 1998 on or before 10.5.2012. S.O. to 10.5.2012.
