The petitioner is aggrieved by placement of electricity transmission pole as well as electricity transmission line on his bhumidhari Plot No.108 at Village-Gaura, Pargana & Tehsil Chail, District Kaushambi.
The prayer in this petition is to command the respondents to shift the electricity transmission line/pole so that it does not come within the plot of the petitioner.
As the aforesaid prayer can be addressed by the District Magistrate in exercise of his powers under the second proviso to Rule 3(1)(b) of the Works of Licensee Rules, 2006, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation in respect of his grievances before the District Magistrate, Kaushambi. If any such representation is submitted within two weeks from today, the same shall be addressed in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within next six weeks.
