Learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. are present.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant Daud Dahanga with the prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 226 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 471, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Kaushambi, District Ghaziabad.
At the very out set, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and prays to withdraw and for giving direction to the learned court below that if the applicant surrenders before the court below and apply for regular bail his application for bail may be disposed of on the same day.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection.
In view of above, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as withdrawn.
However, it is directed that if the applicant surrenders and apply for regular bail before the learned court below, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously, preferably on the same day, in accordance with law.
