JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.M.P.No.39707 of 2014 And W.P.No.26140 of 2007 Between:
Dattagiri Maharaj Ashramam, Bardipur Rep. by Sri P. Veera Reddy PETITIONER AND 1. The Government of A.P. rep. by its Special Chief Secretary, Revenue (Endowments-II) Department, Secretariat, A.P. Hyderabad, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit W.P.M.P. is allowed as prayed for.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
