Heard learned counsel for the applicants , the learned A.G.A. and perused the detail of records.
The applicants, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with the prayer that the proceeding of the order dated 14.05.2010 passed by Judicial Magistrate,Ist, Bhadohi in case no. 1073 of 2009, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(i)X S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Sariyanwa, District Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Bhadohi, District Sant Ravidas Nagar, Bhadohi, be quashed.
Since it is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that it is a case of no injury and medical examination, I am not inclined to quash the prosecution of case No.1073 of 2010 under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate,Ist, Bhadohi.
This criminal misc. application is dismissed with a direction that the bail prayer of the applicants be considered as expeditiously as possible, if possible, on the same day.
With the aforesaid directions, this application is accordingly dismissed.
