1. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for releasing him on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to financially support his family.
2. It appears that the convict has been released twice in the year 2010 - once on the ground of providing financial support to his family and another was on the ground of house repairing. Further, the ground stated in the present application is not such where his presence is indispensable. Therefore, discretion does not require to be exercised. The application is rejected.
