Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for suspension of sentence and regular bail.
It appears that earlier the application being Criminal Misc. Application No.8003 of 2009 for regular bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.7.2009. At that stage, the direction was also given for expeditious preparation of the paper-book.
Under these circumstances, the present application being successive bail application cannot be granted. Therefore, rejected. Rule discharged.
