This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 82 of 2012 of Vikarabad Police Station, Ranga Reddy district, for offence under section 324 read with section 34 of IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. On 30/5/2012 this court directed police to proceed with the investigation and according to learned Public Prosecutor police completed investigation and filed charge sheet into court on 31/10/2012 which is registered as PRC.No. 37 of 2013 as per letter received from Sub-Inspector of Police, Vikarabad, dated 21/6/2014.
4. Since Police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet, cognizance of which was already taken and registered it as PRC.No. 37 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy district, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
