This application is preferred by the applicant through jail for early hearing of Criminal Appeal or to release him on bail.

The applicant stated in his application that he has responsibility of his family and parents. He also stated that in past, he has surrendered in time when he has obtained bail.

I have perused the application. The appeal is of the year 2008 and there are so many old matters are pending for hearing. Besides, from the application of the applicant, I do not find any substance. Hence, the application is dismissed.
