(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.) The petitioner has been appointed as B.T. Assistant in the third respondent school. However, the third respondent made an attempt to remove him from service, contending that he has not passed TET. Hence, the petitioner approached this Court. The learned Single Judge negatived it. On appeal, positive direction has been given. Since the direction issued by this Court has not been complied with, the petitioner has come forward with this Contempt Petition.
2.When the matter was called today, Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent produced the order dated 10.01.2018, passed by the first respondent herein stating that the petitioner is entitled to continue in service till 31.03.2019, which is the cut of date for passing the examination, on condition that she should pass the TET before that date and only monthly salary would be paid on sending salary bill every month by the respondents 2 and 3.
3.In view of the above order passed by the first respondent dated 10.01.2018, the second and third respondents are hereby directed to send the salary bill every month promptly for the payment of salary to the petitioner.
4.With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed. If any violation is made, the petitioner is at liberty to mention the matter before this Court for reopening the contempt petition.
