JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Rule.
Mr.N.J.Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent.
2. With the consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, both these applications are taken up for final hearing today.
3. Both these applications have been preferred by the common applicant namely Darshan @ Sunny Narendrabhai Prajapati to release the applicant on bail upto 26/05/2012 in connection with FIR being C.R.No.I-158/2011 registered with Anandnagar Police Station, Ahmedabad as well as in connection with the FIR being C.R.No.I-157/2011 registered with Anandnagar Police Station, Ahmedabad on the ground that the applicant has to appear in the ensuring B.Com., Second Semester Examination conducted by Gujarat University from 18/05/2012 to 26/05/2012.
4. Having heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and so as to see that academic year of the applicant is not spoil, instead of releasing the applicant on bail, it is directed to the Jail Authority that the applicant be permitted to appear in the ensuring examination of B.Com, Second Semester commencing from 18/05/2012 to 26/05/2012 and for that purpose, he is to brought to the examination center where he has to appear with police escort between 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and immediately he shall be again brought in the Sabarmati Central Jail where he is kept. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
