JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.N.V.Gandhi, ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that respondent No.1 and 2 are served. Registry is directed to show name of Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr.Gandhi further submits that respondent No.3 could not be served, as its office has shifted to Viramgam, leave to amend address of respondent No.3 to be amended forthwith.
2. Fresh notice be issued to unserved respondent No.3, returnable on 18.09.2012. Direct service is permitted.
