Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioner's caste certificate was rejected. He has come against the same order.
According to the census population Majhwar caste in district Mirzapur shows that his father was also Majhwar caste, his father was given this certificate way back in the year 2017. We direct the officer concerned to look into the matter and if he satisfies that he belongs to the caste and his father was willingly given the caste certificate, same decision be taken within 12 week's from today on the online application made by the petitioner here.
With these observations, this petition stands disposed of.
