JUDGMENT / ORDER

Following the judgment in W.P.(C) No. 14161 of 2014 & connected matters, Ext.P1 shall stand set aside. The first appellate authority shall re-consider the same, within a period of one month and the recovery shall be kept in abeyance for the said period and the coercive proceedings be stayed until such orders are passed, which order shall determine the matter thereafter. 2. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
