Heard Sri Zafar Naiyer, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Himanshu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Alok Mishra, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and perused the record.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 has submitted that the matter regarding shifting of cattle from the city area is already engaging attention of a Division Bench of this Court in Writ-C No. 34525 of 2017.
In view of the above, the propriety demands that such matters be heard by the same Bench, therefore, we are dismissing this petition at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application in the pending writ petition.
