JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that charge-sheet is not filed in the case.
Hence, the condition No.3 of the order dated 23.6.2011, which in turn again was modified by order dated 15.3.2012 by the learned Sessions Judge, Jamnagar, directing the applicants to mark their presence at the concerned police station on every Saturday between 10 a.m. And 12 noon, does not require any modification.
This application is rejected.
