(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Through this Speaking to Minutes, it is pointed out that in para 47 of our judgment dated 22.3.2012 passed in First Appeal NO.5266 of 2001 and connected proceedings, due to typographical error a sum of Rs.2,50,00/- is mentioned instead of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lacs and fifty thousand only). Such typographical error is ordered to be corrected by the office. Note stands disposed of.
