The Assistant Director of Land Records, Survey Department Mini Vidhana Soudha Mulbagal Town Kolar District-563 131 … Respondents (By Mrs.Pramodhini Kishan, HCGP) This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to conduct phodi and durasti in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.559/1, measuring 08 guntas, situated at Mulbagal Rural Village, Kasaba Hobli, Mulbagal Taluk, Kolar District and mark the boundaries of property belonged to the petitioner dargah, etc.
This writ petition coming on for preliminary hearing in B-group, this day the Court made the following:-
O R D E R 2. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 10.11.2016, vide Annexure-E.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. The third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 10.11.2016, vide Annexure-E and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with Law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
