1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Anirudh Dwivedi, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Fahad Iqbal, learned counsel for the respondent bank.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the bank submits that the loan advanced to the petitioner is a commercial one and not agricultural. The recovery certificate issued to the petitioner appears to have wrongly described the said loan as agricultural loan. Therefore, he submits that the bank will withdraw the recovery certificate impugned in the present writ petition and will issue a proper recovery certificate in accordance with law.
3. In view of that statement, the impugned recovery certificate dated dated 19.11.2018 is set aside, leaving it open to the respondent bank to proceed in accordance with law.
