JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the report submitted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bharuch, as a last chance, time to conclude the trial of Criminal Case No.2478 of 2001 is hereby extended upto 31st December, 2012. No further time shall be granted.
Registry is directed to send the writ of this order to the concerned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bharuch as well as learned Principal Sessions Judge, Bharuch at the earliest.
