This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 24-09-2013, in W.P.No.23724 of 2013, by the respondent.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) has intimated that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court by passing an order on 22-10-2014. Learned Counsel for the petitioners has not disputed this submission.
In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
