1. Respondents are served. It is pointed out by learned AGP that so far as the petitioner no.2 is concerned, his retirement would be in the year of 2020. This is stated on the basis of the instructions of the officer who is present in the Court. Under these circumstances learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition qua petitioner no.2.
2. So far the petitioner no.1 is concerned, draft amendment is moved by the learned advocate for the petitioner pointing out that after filing of the petition, the petitioner is relieved w.e.f. 19.05.2012, vide order dated 18.05.2012. Issue notice, as to why mandatory order be not passed on the returnable date i.e. on 13.06.2012. Direct Service is permitted today.
