JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant is recently convicted for the offence punishable under Sec.302 of IPC to suffer imprisonment for life. In order to attend the after-death ceremony of his mother who has expired on 1st February, 2012, the applicant has filed application for releasing him on parole leave before the District Magistrate, Vadodara. District Magistrate has released the convict prisoner on parole on condition to deposit Rs.20,000/- before the jail authority. Much time has been passed since then. Considering the recent conviction, this Court is of the opinion that order passed by the District Magistrate, Vadodara, is legal and proper and is not required to be interfered with. This application is hereby rejected. Rule is discharged.
