Heard Sri Ravindra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. for the State.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in the family of the applicant only his mother and wife are there who are living below poverty line with meagre financial status and as such they are very poor and therefore, they are unable to arrange sureties of two lacs, the said fact has been mentioned in para 4 and 5 of this modification application.
The modification application is allowed and the order dated 10.1.2019 is modified to the extent indicated below :-
In the fourth & fifth line of sixth paragraph of the order dated 10.1.2019 "(Rs. Two lacs each) (One should be family member)" is hereby be deleted and in it's place "to the satisfaction of Court concerned" shall be read.
