Heard Sri Amir Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the record.
Considering the fact that the applicant has been attributed specific role of causing injury by knife on the vital parts of the body of the injured; three incised wounds, besides one traumatic swelling have been noted by the doctor; injury nos. 1, 3 and 4 have been kept under observation, however, learned counsel for the applicant has not filed X-ray and supplementary report, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, the nature and gravity of the accusation, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant,Danish involved in Case Crime No. 228 of 2019 under Sections 307, 323 and 504 I.P.C., Police Station Najibabad, District Bijnor.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
However, the applicant will be at liberty to move regular bail application under section 439 Cr.P.C., if so advised.
