Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, Dansih, in Case Crime No. 3542 of 2018, under Sections- 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station- Sahibabad, District- Ghaziabad.
There is allegation of enticement of minor daughter of the informant against the applicant.Learned counsel for the applicant has brought on record the Adhar Card of the girl which shows her date of birth is 1.1.2002,therefore she is major. The girl married the applicant and living with him.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 28.01.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 28.01.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
