Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate.

Under challenge is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 650 of 2009, under Sections 147,148,149,332,353,504,506 IPC, & Section 2/3 of Lok Sampati Kshati Nivaran Adhiniyam and Sectin 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, police station Tambaur, district Sitapur We have gone through the contents of the FIR which disclose commission of cognizable offence and, as such, the FIR cannot be quashed. The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. However, it is provided that if petitioners surrender and moves applications for bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the courts below.
