JUDGMENT / ORDER

As per the averments, the petitioner was serving as Porter on contractual basis. It has not been pleaded in the petition that certain other named persons are going to be appointed on contract basis in place of the petitioner. Because the petitioner is serving on contractual post, his right to continue on the post beyond the terms of contract have not been shown to the court.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time.
