Learned counsel for the petitioners states that a charge-sheet has been submitted after investigation and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate jurisdiction by taking recourse to proper legal remedy.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
