This Criminal Petition is filed to dispense with presence of petitioner in CC.No. 124 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kothavalasa, Vizianagaram district.
2. Heard Advocate for Petitioner.
3. The petitioner is facing trial before Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kothavalasa, for an offence under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act instituted by first respondent herein.
4. Considering the allegations in the complaint and the grounds urged in the criminal petition, presence of petitioner before the court below for each and every adjournment is dispensed with subject to condition that petitioner shall appear before the court below as and when directed and shall also co-operate with the court below for trial of the case.
